Recently published in Coastal Breeze News was an article discussing recent changes in the Marco Island real estate market. Customarily a "seasonal" market has, during the past five year cycle, become more of a year round market.  With this, the market has reached a "Turning Point."  Certain real estate and  price ranges are working towards a balance; which is often the right path towards new foundation and potential growth.

Best of the Road Finalist by Rand McNally with USA Today

More than 20,000 Americans have registered to vote on bestoftheroad.com, post pictures and share reviews of their favorite towns in the U.S.  Marco Island, Florida has been named as a finalist in the Most Beautiful category, in the search for Best of the Road by Rand McNally with USA today.

A team of judges will be visiting Marco Island sometime between June 23 and July 15, to see our beautiful island for final judging.  The winning towns will be announced at the 2011 DMAI conference in New Orleans on July 22.

3rd Annual Marco Island Seafood Festival
